Parvin Etesami contracted typhoid fever in April 1941. This was at a time when his brother, Abolfath Etesami, was preparing his divan for the second edition. However, Parvin's serious condition caused him to be hospitalized at home on April 24. It is said that the negligence of his doctor in treating Parvin caused his death; Because on the night of April 5, Parvin's condition becomes very bad. His family sends a carriage to see his doctor, but he does not come. Finally, Parvin Etesami died on April 4, 1941 in Tehran at the age of 34 and was buried in the family tomb of Fatemeh Masoumeh in Qom. He died in his mother's arms at the time of his death. After his death, a piece entitled "I composed this piece for my own tombstone" was found from him, it is not clear when he composed it for his tombstone; who engraved that piece on his tombstone.
A poem that Parvin Etesami herself wrote on her tombstone:
That the black soil is clinical
The sky is the wheel of Parvin's literature
Although he saw nothing but bitterness
Whatever you want, his words are sweet
The owner of all that speech today
The questioner is Fatiha and Yassin
Friends to remember him
A friend without a heart is a sad heart
The soil is very deadly in sight
The stone on the chest is very heavy
See this bed and learn a lesson
Whoever has the eye of truth
Whoever you are and wherever you go
This is the last home of the universe
The richer a person is.
Because he has reached this point, he is poor
Where ironically attacks
The solution is submission and obedience
To give birth and to kill and to hide
It has a long tradition
Happy is he who is in this tribulation
It relieves memory
