The concept of mental health includes various aspects of our emotional, psychological and social well-being, such as our way of thinking, feeling, how we behave when facing life events, how we manage stress, how we relate to others and our decisions throughout life. The concept of mental health was introduced in the early 20th century with the aim of preventing and treating mental illnesses and milder mental disorders. While mental health refers to "the overall good level of a person's mental state". In fact, health refers to ways to maintain health. In this way, mental health is called the things you do to keep your mind healthy.
There is a very strong connection between what we eat and how we feel. For example, caffeine and sugar can have immediate effects, but some foods have a longer-lasting effect on your mental health. Like any other organ in your body, your brain needs a balanced mix of nutrients to stay healthy and function well. A diet that is good for your physical health can also be good for your mental health.
Having strong family relationships and supportive friends can help you cope better with life's stresses. Friends and family are always there for you and take care of you and make you feel like you belong to them. They can give you different perspectives on what's going on in your head so that you can be active and focused and able to overcome problems. There is no better way than to meet someone in person
None of us are superheroes. All of us sometimes feel tired and helpless because of our feelings or the chaos of our life conditions. If the problems and circumstances of your life are out of control and you feel that you cannot cope with it, ask others for help. Your family or friends may be able to help you or listen to you. Mental health is closely related to physical health. Not only do these two greatly influence each other, but they both influence many aspects of your life as well. Try to make your mental and mental health the main priority in your life, always and under any circumstances. Be aware of your feelings and behavior and think of a solution if you notice something that seems unusual. You should always try to increase your happiness and maintain your comfort and well-being before trying to find any possible mental disorder in yourself.
