Anger is a part of human behavior that can be used as a stimulus to defend the right, but it must be under control so as not to cause chaos.
In life, some small issues can also provoke anger, but unwarranted anger is the strongest method of Satan to lead people to error and darkness.
God introduces pious and pious people as people who have the power to overcome their anger and the source of their power is piety and piety.
Humans react to unpleasant events that are not according to their wishes, and anger is one of the most common reactions in those moments.
The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: And the most stable people are those who control their anger.
Hazrat Ali (AS) said: The most difficult enemy of man is anger and arrogance of man's ego, whoever can let go of these two, will reach the last stage of perfection.
By ignoring and forgiving the mistakes of others, a person can avoid getting angry and reach peace.
People find peace with the remembrance of God and this peace is one of the most important elements to prevent violent behavior. When angry for any reason, the best thing to do is to follow this divine order, when people are calmed by the remembrance of God, they make the best decisions in critical moments of life.
Prostration is one of the useful ways to control anger and anger in such a way that you put your forehead on the ground in front of God and ask God for patience and help to subside your anger.
The contact of water with the body is very effective in extinguishing the fire of anger, because it is the best means to reduce the generated heat and calm the person. Meanwhile, ablution and ghusl are more effective than normal washing.
Undoubtedly, Satan lights the fire of anger and rage in the human heart and insists on its repetition and increase. For this reason, in order to get rid of anger, the devil must be removed from oneself, and saying: I seek refuge in God from the evil of the devil, is the best way for this matter.
Asking God for forgiveness for yourself and others will extinguish the fire of inner anger.
Patience and tolerance during anger can prevent it from flaring up and keep the devil away from people.
Another thing that can be done to control anger that is recommended is visiting relatives, which calms the spirit and soul of an angry person.
Altruism and benevolence towards others is another way to control anger in such a way that a person is concerned for the comfort and comfort of others and diminishes selfishness and selfishness. Therefore, giving in the way of God and helping others is one of the ways to control anger.
Anger control does not mean never getting angry. Anger management means learning how to identify the emotion, deal with it, and express it in healthy and constructive ways. Anger management is a skill that anyone can learn. Even if you think you have your feelings of anger completely under control, know that there is always room for improvement.
Think about your last experience of anger. An outburst of uncontrollable emotions that you probably couldn't stop in time. Anger usually produces results that no one likes. A rude encounter, an irrelevant email, a shout or physical violence are never logical solutions to problems. Naturally, problems should be solved calmly and logically, and avoid anger as much as possible so that the results are constructive.
