It is said in a narration that "Apple is a stomach cleanser. We know that the stomach is the home of diseases, so if you wash and correct the stomach with an apple, it actually prevents many diseases and cures many diseases." ».
Imam Ali (a.s.) says, "Eat an apple, because it cleans your stomach."
In traditions, apples are mentioned as food, not medicine, that is, in order to have a medicinal effect, you must eat a lot and do not limit yourself to one or two apples.
Because apples contain vitamins A, B, and C, if you eat two sweet apples daily on an empty stomach and also two apples at bedtime, it has a good effect on eliminating poor eyesight.
Drink a decoction of apple skin twice a day. This decoction is a diuretic and you should consume it in cases where you have urinary retention with irritation of the kidneys and bladder.
Soak 120 grams of dry apple leaves or skin in a liter of cold water and then put it on the fire until it boils for about a quarter of an hour, then remove it from the fire and leave it to brew for about a quarter of an hour, then strain it and sweeten it with honey. And drink a cup after every meal. This simple medicine is the best treatment for diarrhea.
In ancient times, apple leaves were considered useful for warding off eye disorders.
Imam Ali (AS) says: "Eating an apple cleans the stomach from impurities."
Apple juice is also a stomach booster. Apple is food for the soul and body, it disinfects the mouth and removes its bad smell. Apple toothbrush is natural and the best thing that keeps teeth healthy. For those with bad breath, it is recommended to first chew a vegetable such as lettuce, parsley or basil and then eat an apple with the skin chewed.
Due to the presence of alkaline substances, apples dissolve uric acid and make the secretions of the salivary glands of the stomach good and balanced. Apple is also beneficial for gastritis.
Apple strengthens the nerves due to its high phosphorus content. People suffering from insomnia can eat a few apples and a glass of apple juice before going to bed. This method creates mental peace and peaceful and comfortable sleep and is also useful for the elderly. Apple is very useful for those who suffer from frequent insomnia.
Apple is one of the popular fruits that contains antioxidants, vitamins, dietary fiber and a wide range of other nutrients. Due to the content of various nutrients in this fruit, it is possible to help prevent several diseases.
