Referring to a hadith from Imam Sadegh (AS) who said, "Be our adornment and do not be a source of shame", he said: "God willing, we will all follow this path in the shadow of divine guardianship." Zakani said: "We in the municipality, as a small part of all municipal employees who are more than 90,000 people, will have a special commitment to the citizens." The mayor of Tehran said: "The municipality has 90,000 direct and indirect employees, of which 58,000 are direct personnel and about 35,000 are people who work through service companies." Zakani, stating that we are considering accuracy in material and spiritual development and transformation in the body of the mayor, said: "Conditions must proceed in such a way that we make Tehran as a model for the Islamic world." Pointing out that we consider ourselves committed to the large family of the municipality, he said: "We are proud to be revolutionaries and followers of the Imam and the martyrs, and we want to serve the people in the presence of the leadership."
